About
I graduated from Argosy University right here in Atlanta GA in 2016 with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been drawn to helping people in some capacity with many years of experience mentoring students and adults within several volunteer capacities. I knew counseling was a calling after needing to make a shift in my life after the downturn in the economy in 2010.
Transitions in the different seasons of life whether it may be college, moving here from another area, dealing with the loss of a loved one, transitioning from a divorce, change of career, or trying to find your self after dealing with an addiction. Within any of these transitions we may face several challenges along the way as we do our best to adapt.
Do you feel as though your world changing seemingly by the minute and sometimes you do not know which end is up? Are you struggling with managing stress and anxiety, or depression? Are you struggling with chemical dependence or addiction and do not know where to turn? Maybe you struggle with poor self-esteem, poor self-image, or low self-worth? Are you struggling with unhealthy relationships, or a marriage that needs some tweaking? Are you a high school or college student that needs to vent or needs help finding direction? Are you looking for a life-focus or purpose and seem to be stuck? Are you in a season of life that needs to change but do not know where to start?
I help folks get back on their feet mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I will help you gain independence from whatever is holding you back from accomplishing your goals. I will help you find "you" again and help you learn to have a new experience. I will walk beside you to help you navigate your current season of life and help you find meaning in life again and ways to keep positive momentum in your life goals.
